Pacaya Samiria 4d/3n Itinerary
Reception and welcome at the airport or hotel in the city of Iquitos
Transfer to Nauta. On our way to the port of Nauta we will visit San Joaquín de Omaguas, one of the oldest population centers in the Loreto region, from where we will be able to see the main stem of the great Amazon River, the largest and longest in the world. We will also visit the Samuel Fritz Interpretation Center where our guides will tell us the history of San Joaquín de Omaguas and the strategic role it played in the 17th and 18th centuries as the head of the evangelical missions.
In Nauta we will board on our private boats on the Marañon River. Visit to the Fundo Casual (depending on season) a tropical forest run by local residents, where we will see different species of wildlife, Arrival at the ecolodge and accommodation.
After lunch, our guide will invite us to complete the experience we will have the chance of touring the Ethnobotanical Ecotrail that will allow us to visit 10 species of the Amazon flora with the support of Amana (virtual guide generated by our augmented reality App).
After dinner, our guide will start a conversation on the myths and legends of the Amazon and will also invite us to tour the Mythological Ecotrail that will allow us to see and "meet" 5 characters from the Amazon mythology. Likewise, we will have the possibility of visiting the Cosmovisión Ecotrail that would present us the astronomical chart of the place where the ecolodge is located together with a narration about the cultural connection between Amazonian man and the cosmos, all this with the use of augmented reality technology.
Night tour of the forest surrounding the ecolodge.
Interpretation walk through the forest surrounding the ecolodge (restinga forest) following the route of the primates. After breakfast our guide will invite us to take a short tour in our Private Reserve (restinga forest). Here our adventurous spirit we will challenged with the significant biodiversity of the area. During our tour we will have the possibility of experiencing the Ecotrail of Fauna that will allow us to acquire more knowledge about 6 groups of species of the area through the narration of a virtual guide.

Full day a la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria zona de Yanayacu-Pucate, after breakfast we will leave for the community January 20 RNPS to appreciate the different jobs held by local residents organized as groups of natural resource management to preserve species RN, there will be activities such as scaling of aguaje and canoeing.
We will also go for a walk through the flooded forests, where we will try to see some primates and sloths. During the journey we can also observe a variety of birds and the traditional Amazonian subsistence fishing practice. At time, return to the ecolodge.
