No prior experience with Ayahuasca is necessary. This retreat is suitable for both beginners and those who have previously worked with Ayahuasca. Our team will provide guidance and support throughout the entire process.

To prepare, follow a diet that excludes pork, alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods, and processed sugars at least one week before the retreat. It’s also important to abstain from drugs, alcohol, and sexual activity. Detailed preparation guidelines will be provided upon booking.

The cost includes three Ayahuasca ceremonies, accommodation for 3 nights, all meals (Ayahuasca diet compliant), daily yoga and meditation sessions, integration sessions, and one-on-one consultations with the shaman.

Please bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, a journal for writing, a reusable water bottle, and any personal comfort items. Avoid bringing strong scents, alcohol, or other substances that could interfere with the ceremonies.
