We recommend following a light diet free from alcohol, pork, and processed foods for at least 24 hours prior to the retreat. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals on the day of the ceremony. Detailed preparation guidelines will be provided upon booking.

Yes, the ceremony is conducted by experienced shamans who ensure a safe and controlled environment. Participants are monitored throughout the ceremony, and safety protocols are in place to address any concerns.

Bring comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities, a hat and sunscreen for sun protection, a reusable water bottle, and any personal items that make you feel comfortable, such as a journal. Please avoid bringing perfumes, alcohol, or other substances.

The cost includes the Wachuma ceremony, guided nature walk, individual consultations with the shaman, a light breakfast and lunch (Wachuma diet compliant), and all materials needed for the ceremony.

Our support team, including the shaman, is there to assist you at any point during the ceremony. If you feel overwhelmed, you can step out of the ceremony space, and a facilitator will be available to provide comfort and guidance.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the retreat will incur a fee. Please refer to our booking terms for more detailed information.
