Cusco City Tour: Discover the Heart of the Inca Empire

Pick-up from hotel (12:30 PM): Begin your adventure with a comfortable ride from your hotel to the city center. Cusco Cathedral: Start with a visit to the majestic Cusco Cathedral in the Plaza de Armas, home to magnificent colonial art and architecture. Qorikancha – Temple of the Sun: Explore Qorikancha, the most important temple of the Inca Empire, which reflects the fusion of Inca and Spanish colonial architecture. Mid-Morning: Sacsayhuamán: Head to the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuamán, where massive stone walls offer breathtaking views over Cusco. Qenqo and Puka Pukara: Continue the tour by visiting Qenqo, a ceremonial center, and Puka Pukara, a military fortress that guarded the entrance to Cusco. Afternoon: Tambomachay & Llama Experience: Arrive at Tambomachay, also known as the Inca Baths, believed to be a ceremonial site dedicated to water. Here, you'll have the opportunity to meet and interact with llamas and alpacas, traditional Andean animals that have been part of Peru’s culture for centuries. Return to Cusco: After spending time with the llamas, enjoy a scenic ride back to Cusco with incredible views of the Andes. End of Tour: Drop-off at your hotel (5:30 PM).
