Use of Artificial Intelligence
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Every Kada Travel journey is designed by a person. We use artificial-intelligence tools to support our team, never to replace their judgement. This page explains openly when, for what and with which safeguards.
1. What we use it for
- Drafting: itinerary drafts, journey descriptions and hotel texts, which our team reviews, corrects and completes before publishing them or sending them to you.
- Translation: versions of our content and of journey proposals in the site's languages.
- Geographic data: placing the stops of an itinerary on the map.
2. What we do not do
- There are no chatbots: when you write to us, a person replies.
- We make no automated decisions about you: no personalised pricing, no automatic acceptance or rejection of requests, no profiling with effects on you.
- We do not use your personal data to train artificial-intelligence models.
3. Providers and the data they receive
Google Gemini (Google LLC, United States) receives text written by our team — destinations, travel style, notes for each day, hotel and place names — and editorial content to translate. We do not send it your contact details or the forms you fill in. Our team is instructed not to include personal data in those notes.
DeepL (DeepL SE, Germany) translates the content of journey proposals. That content may include the trip's name, which sometimes contains the traveller's name.
4. Human oversight
All content generated or translated with the help of artificial intelligence is reviewed by a member of our team before it is published or reaches you. If you spot a mistake, write to info@kadatravel.com and we will correct it.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights over your personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy, including in relation to any processing connected with these tools.
