Cookie Policy

They make the site work and keep it secure. No consent is required:

• kada-cookie-consent (local storage, Kada Travel): stores your cookie choice. Kept until you change it.
• kada_start_planning_draft_v1 (local storage, Kada Travel): keeps what you type in the trip-request form in your browser so it is not lost if you reload the page. Discarded after 7 days.
• kada_start_planning_draft_key_v1 (session storage, Kada Travel): technical identifier of that draft. Deleted when you close the browser.
• kada_client_auth (cookie, Kada Travel): keeps you signed in to the client portal, only if you use it. Lasts 30 days.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): spam protection on our forms. It sets no cookies on our domain; it processes your IP address and technical browser signals to tell people from bots.
• Error diagnostics (Sentry): if something breaks, a technical error report is sent without cookies; emails and phone numbers are removed from it.

They help us understand how the site is used and improve it:

• _ga and _ga_<ID> (cookies, Google LLC — Google Analytics 4): tell visits and sessions apart to measure page views, traffic sources and campaigns. They last about 13 months.
• kada_intent (local storage, Kada Travel): remembers the destinations and journeys you viewed so that, if you write to us, your travel designer knows what interested you. Removed if you withdraw consent.
• sentryReplaySession (session storage, Sentry): a technical recording of a share of visits used to reproduce errors, with all text and images hidden. Lasts the session.

Google advertising features (Google Signals and audiences): let Google associate the visit with your Google account, if you are signed in, for demographic statistics and to show relevant Kada Travel ads on other sites. We do not currently use the Meta pixel or any other advertising network.

Images are served from Cloudinary without cookies. We do not embed third-party videos or maps on public pages. The WhatsApp button only opens WhatsApp when you click it; from then on, WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.

You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page. You can also delete the site's cookies and storage from your browser settings. Rejecting analytics and advertising cookies does not affect how the site works.
