A dining car on the move
First Class is Inca Rail's all-inclusive flagship — a long, candlelit carriage where the journey is built around the table. The menu as the route
A three-course Andean tasting menu is paired with sparkling wine, pisco-led cocktails and live música peruana. The chef leans on local provenance — quinoa, kiwicha, river trout, lúcuma — and the pacing matches the train's.
